i hate how the small world likes to screw with me. going to the pub tonight was a bad impulsive idea. there's one thing that's pretty interesting: people seem easier to replace than habits. just a few weeks ago we were at the pub together, and tonight we were both with someone else. i can only hope that some of us were happier than we were before.
so i think (given some recent revelations i shan't go into detail about) you read this. it's an odd way to talk to someone, but here goes: i hope you had a good time last night. the pub was exceptionally packed. i wonder what was going on. it was a thursday too. how strange. i was bummed out that they no longer had my favorite beer on tap, but i've been having this new beer called 'half acre'. it's brewed in chicago and it's delicious. i also think the apricot nonsense is off the menu board, which is about time.
i shan't do that again. but to paraphrase: when you get into a mood like this, it's okay to be a little unorthodox. also, i realize that after a couple of beers, food from a wendy's drivethru tastes pretty exceptional.
